Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

We pick and pack by hand, usually within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves us, delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived. Once we receive it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

Email support@audreysboutiqueshop.com or call (509) 324-8612 with your order number, plus a photo if something is damaged. If a parcel is damaged, wrong, or doesn't turn up, we replace it or refund you in full — and we cover the return postage in those cases.

Most styles run S–3XL, with select pieces available up to 6XL. Bras run in band sizes 34–48 depending on the style. Each product page lists the exact size range and a fit guide for that piece.
